This is great and super helpful! I forget some of the hotkeys all the time so even for me it's a good reminder when I do.
To duplicate a brush it says alt + insert, but isn't it just Insert alone? I can't check right now but I'm pretty sure that's what I do to copy a brush.

Yes, Insert alone does the trick - Alt+Insert does the same thing. Need to update that when I have a mo.

Since there's room, might be worth describing what exactly happens when manually entering a brush time.
A description of what the various icons mean in the hierarchy tree would be useful as well.
