UPDATE- I found a Daedric Dai-Katana on a guy in the Dren plantation in the wooden watch tower. :D

lol my friend went into that guard tower at a level 1 and killed the man with a chitin bow and arrows
he stood on top of the table and the guy never pulled his dai-katana on him from there he continuusly shot arrows
lol but i like my feind katana more (ravirre trader in balmora)<---thats where you get it)
