I've started the Rimuldar chapter. I know their ultimate fate, but nonetheless I'm making an effort to do my best for the hospital patients. Most importantly, this time around they get an honest-to-God roof over their heads. My last set of patients slept in the rain. :p

This chapter is immensely poignant this year. I'm building a veritable luxury hospital over here, precisely because I know half of my patients are going to die.

The first area emphasized the importance of giving corpses proper burials, even including a unique magic item as a reward from one grateful spirit. I decided to try to do this whenever possible, to the point where I ran out of stone for gravestones before moving on. I was aggravatingly close to burying everyone, too.
The final island of the second area has made this endeavor very, very hard. The next screenshots to appear will reveal that I am not the most, um, rational of gamers. :sweat:
