Oh, well, then, you'll LOVE this nice little website called furaffinity.net
I guess this was to be expected after weeaboos.
Anyway, seems like BioWare didn't finish making bad decisions just yet. See, (
http://www.gamespot.com/xbox360/rpg/dragonage/news.html?sid=6232117) as soon as the game comes out you will be able to get DLC for it.

I don't get it. Apart from the $7 mission DLC they say the other two are free if you buy a new copy of the game. Why put a price on the DLC if it's free ? "It costs $15 but it's free if you buy the game" Well who the hell's gonna buy them then ?
Or is that like a new trick to try to reduce piracy or something ? "See if you buy our game legally you'll get a bonus, nice little doggie, doggie is really clever". Or maybe they've finally found a way to get money from used console games sales...
In any case it's retarded (or genius depends on the point of view), not to mention that selling part of the game seperately (the $7 quest) is insulting. At least before they used to wait a few months to do that and pretend like it was "additional content".

Bah, that sounds stupid.
As much as I look forward to the game, I don't like that strategy. Paying for DLCs is a rip-off in itself IMO.Especially since I don't even have a credit card, just release it free for all for crying out loud.

Well, then, don't get it. It's your choice and your money.
Me, I have decided on pre-ordering the Collector's Addition ... once I get around to figuring how to track down the pre-order means in my country ... ("Eh, Minsc, may you lend me Boo for a while, I need directions ...")
You don't like Bioware, fine. I like a good bit of Bioware's works. And I believe in supporting game designers by legitimately buying their works firsthand.

I've already explained this practice fairly recently in another thread, so I'll just quote myself.

As for pre-order incentives of exclusive in-game content, they're combating the 2nd hand market. Limited collector editions serve the same purpose. The likes of Gamestop/EB make the bulk of business this way, publishers/developers/distributors/etc see none of this revenue. Insidious DRM doesn't work with the console market so they have be more creative. Eg Brand new copies of Gears of War 2 come with a download to get a free map pack, you'd have to purchase it if you had bought the game second hand.
Similarly to why publishers are shifting more and more towards digital distribution, eg the PSPgo relies exclusively on the PSN Store. They cut out the middle man and reap all of the profits.

I don't hate BioWare, in fact I wouldn't even torrent any of their games. That's how much I like their games(well except BG anyway). But I think that the DLC nonsense is just a poor decision.

Ow, I apologise for misinterpreting.
As for DLC, well, I have nothing really against that, though I rather buy them in a physical form (no credit card here either). I just view it as a digital version of mini-expansion packs. It cost money to put the extra content into a CD/DVD, bundle into a box and manuel, and ship the whole thing out.
I say many of us are used to physically owning the software we buy. Times change and now with the huge throughput of the 'net in most developed countries, logically it makes sense for the advert of DLC.
You can still buy the base game - that's what I did with Elder Scroll IV: Oblivion. I bought the base and played without any of the DLC until they bundled it up along with Knights of the Nine into a CD for me to purchase at a store. However, I'm not so sure this might happen with DA:O's DLCs.

So you bought Oblivion twice.
I'm sympathetic towards your geographical mispositioning but this is taking shit a bit too far.
