I have alway be favored by vampires and there ancestors, and the worst fear of all is the sun! I like that movie called Blade with Wesley Snipes played in and of course that sexy Lyssa girl played in the second part, too bad she had to die at the end of the story.
As we all knows that most people or thing (state of vamprisims) would rage wars through out the lands. So playing as a vampire in Vvardenfell pretty much a total war and going into a killing spree.
My biggest question is how do vampires survive in Vvardenfell? Does silver have any effects? And how much life taken from you in total sunlight, for example 10 points per seconds?
The greatest prize is having the perfect body that can withstand sunlight and having no weakness, just like Blade himself. When i choose one of the clan to join IF they respect me then i would be happy to be part of there families, if not then i will have them rot and feed there rotten corpses to the worms.
Im not sure if this would be boring, but sooner or later there will be no one (NPCS) to interacts, then it would be a dieing world without a cause.
Not sure if this is wise to play as a vampire in the main quests, but give good bonuses on attributes and some special abilities as well. I already know the details on the clans just have not played a vampire yet.
Any comments? Would be appreciated if you could share some useful informations with me.
And which Clans you like most? Quarra, Berne or Aundae and why you choose that Clan?

"Not sure if this is wise to play as a vampire in the main quests"
Wouldn't have thought so as most people will not speak to you, I think only the Telvanni pretty much...
"And which Clans you like most? Quarra, Berne or Aundae and why you choose that Clan?"
Different clans give different bonuses so are better for different types of character, e.g. Aundae are more mage like, can't remeber the other 2.

So how some you using a new profile then BlackAsp?

Astral happen to be a good girl. :)

As with the three Great Houses, the three Vampire Clans all correspond (roughly) to one of the three major character types:
Aundae : Magic
Berne : Stealth
Quarra : Warrior
All vampires have generic bonuses and abilities (such as the Blood Drain spell and considerable increases in certain attributes and skills) in addition to special bonuses for each clan (Aundae boosts Intelligence/Willpower and Magic Skills, Berne boosts Speed/Agility and stealthy skills, etc.)

Thank guys, but i already knew those details about the clans and special bonuses. What i am asking is... How well and how can vampires get around in the main quests in Vvardenfell.
I know most NPCs wont talk to you, not even the clans itself. Only way to get the clan (the one you joined) to like you, have to prove yourself that you are worth it and important to them as well.
Wont be able to buy/sell from anyone, lucky if you can find the right NPCs in your clan. Before you get involved in vampire clan, you better have a stock pile if items and backup incase something bad happen included get all the spells you can find before all hell break loose.
Dont think playing a vampire in Vvardenfell is a good idea...

I played in the Quarra Clan just to fight the vampire hunter in Ald'Rhun. Vivec also has no disposition (like the Creeper and Mudcrab.) I'm pretty sure all three of these will talk to you as a vampire. You can become a vampire during the Main Quest... but only at the end before you beat Dagoth Ur. Otherwise it's impossible to get the right people to talk to you.

Dont think playing a vampire in Vvardenfell is a good idea... you can't do it. not in the game as designed by the designers.
well... that is, unless you add the Vampire Embrace mod. it's designed so that you can "charm" or "beguile" npc's into talking to you. and so you can finish all the quests you want.
there's other bonuses, like feeding off any and all npc's, easy to find resting spots... oh yeah, and turning others into your childer. they will follow you and fight for you, too.
but i recommend doing this mod on a second playthru. just because i think it's best to play a game the way the designers intended it the first time. then afterwards, doing whatever the heck you want and playing highly modded versions. :) but that's just my opinion.

True, i agreed with you Vesselle.
Not sure how many MODs are coming in the future, since there alotta ppls dont have Tribunal and Bloodmoon. Which i have only MW+Tribunal, i think that is the enough.
That one way how they make BIG BUCKS by making small new connections and worlds for MW. If you guys want to waste money on that, it fine with me. I perfer making/downloading free MODs and hopefully it bug free.
If Bethesda sell em' for cheap price then i guess it kewl, expansion should range around ten bucks, not thirty!
Imagine all those ppls who buy them multiply by thirty, that alotta cash. But still ten bucks is good though. Right now there alotta ppls out there having a hard time due economic crisis and jobs loses due to wars over seas.
