It's about the equivalent of taking a bath in champagne.
I should know, because I've taken many baths in champagne. :p

I work outside for about 8-10 hours per day and the temperature has been hitting an average of around 30c for the past few weeks. If I forget to bring sunscreen for a day, my skin peels off in patches. It's been humid lately as well.
I have no air conditioning and my fan is constantly pointed at my face whenever I'm at home. I dream of some day living in a wind tunnel. I want to live in a wind tunnel with a pool in it.

And I thought I was alone thinking cool's cool, and heat I don't need.
You're definitely not alone. I just hate the heat, I much prefer cold weather over it. And it seems like every summer here (Ukraine) includes a few weeks of real heat (30-36C during a day) like it's a must. But right now it's perfectly ok - 24c.

Well, it's finally horrible, here. A wretched 95F (32C for you metric types) and a bit humid. I feel like I moved to the southeast. The ferrets are miserable and so am I.
I'm waiting for it to cool off enough to take a shower so that I don't feel I'm just washing off one layer of sweat to provide a slicker surface for the next lot to slide down.

It's that hot? Really?
I live in the basement and have rarely left my room today...man, non-air-conditioned, above-ground college dorms are REALLY going to suck.

God damn it. There's a heat wave coming this weekend, apparently we shouldn't be expecting temperatures below 40 for a while. And the weather forecasts are for the airport, which is above the town and not in a valley. It'll probably be a good 10 degrees hotter here.
Why can't Canada really be that stereotypical land full of igloos? The god damned thermometers are going to explode. It's 45 in the shade already, and the worst of the heat's not even here yet . . .

Well the heat ended for those of us in the midwest USA. AC is off, a cool breeze is blowing the curtains around and it does feel nice. Hopefully this front will keep moving south and cool off a few taffers down there. In the meantime, I may need to put on a sweatshirt - its going to be 61 F tonight.

Ah, down here in Sunny Mexico the heat's being a very huffy bitch (as always in the Summer). All hot'n'bothered, and cloudy days don't do squat to foil her schemes. Heck, it actually helps'em, by making the entire weather feel like we're inside a cooking pot, with all the heat and humidity being suffocating. It tends to reach around 50°C in my home city (Culiacan) some days.
And used as we are to a hot environment, thank God we have individual A/C for each room and can afford to have it on most of the day.
