I think the bit with the eye is supposed to be a red herring. If you can't figure it out, your opponent has proven how slow you are, ended the argument and told you to fuck off, all at once. That's the theory, anyway; I was baffled by the "look into my eye" line when I first watched it.

Why would you exclude us from Africa? Because our economy is relatively stable? Your definition of belonging to Africa would then be negative. We are geographically African, we were colonised like the rest, are a new democracy like the rest.
