The funny thing is some doctors aren't convinced that HIV leads to AIDS either. And some of them are work IN sexual health with AIDS patients. Oh yeah. All this despite the solid correlation between dropping immune cell counts with increasing viral load meaning the end is near.

Some people can have HIV all their life and AIDS won't develops to them.
Some people with HIV get it sooner, some later. Some kind of rare genetical immunity, so I've heard.
Of course the immune spreaders are possibly even more dangerous than those who are reliably proven to have AIDS.
Perhaps the development of AIDS in HIV infected persons is more complex than we previously thought?

Some people become violently sick and dehydrated when they get the flu and some get a mild cough and a sore throat.
Of course the development of AIDS is fucking complex. People's bodies are different and react in different ways to the virus. That's true of any disease and puts this about 10,000 miles away from anything resembling the claim that AIDS is not caused by HIV.

Various people have various symptoms of hangover, too. Some become violently sick and dehydrated and some get a mild munchings for sour cucumbers and a sore throat.

Hey, I didn't want to defend the position that HIV doesn't generally cause AIDS.
But it appears that like in 1 of 1000 cases ... it really doesn't.

As an HIV researcher this thread makes me
