I've encountered three naked barbarians, actually; the one who's paralyzed, the one outside of Caldera, and one other somewhere in the Grazelands.

The one who's paralyzed just stands there even if 'freed'; he never mentions where the witch went, so we really can't say whether she's related to the others.

The one outside Caldera (with 'winesot' as his surname) is an idiot and a would-be rapist; the 'witch' is actually a healer who used a sleep spell for self-defense. Follow the road to the west, take the 1st north path and wind along the mountainous road for a little while and you'll find her.

The one in the Grazelands is truly wronged; the witch even admits such pridefully. She's along to the west, and over/around the west end of the hillock to the northwest of where you find him (the one that has a south-facing tomb near its center). She's on the edge of the hillock, has got a fire going, is all alone, and I think she's under a tree.

As for the http://www.ttlg.com/forums/images/top_search.gif button, it's near the top, just under the 'donate to keep ttlg alive' and 'ttlg photo album' images.
