It doesn't count as a lot of programs if you don't have to bring the taskbar up to two rows to see them all properly. ;)
Well, I would think that seeing all of the ones in that video properly would require that, but I guess it's a personal preference thing.

It's limited to ultimate.
That would explain it.

I just like to keep my stuff up.
So do I, but that many would be a significant performance hit, wouldn't it? Unless you've got a pretty powerful system.

Even Windows XP could do animated backgrounds if you set a HTML page with an animated .gif as the desktop, IIRC?
Hmm. Never thought of that. Of course, I would have to make my own gif, which I've never been able to figure out how to do. :p
It slows your computer down needlessly, though. I never see my desktop anyway, I always have maximised programs running.

I don't like that feature, I like to be able to see what I have running thank you.
I'm on the fence about it. Sometimes it's useful and other times it isn't. I haven't seen it much since since the advent of tabbed browsing, though.

Hmm. 13 types of program, but those are with grouping on.
22 unknown program
10 MSN windows
8 WinRARs
10 unknown programs
3 Explorer windows
1 MS Paint
1 Firefox
1 Windows Movie Maker
1 Hypersnap
___
= 57 programs.
Yes, that is quite a lot!

No good?
I was was thinking of rendering out some frames to make into an animated gif or something if anyone wants (I'd do it myself but mine generally turn out slow and crap)

The lines are well animated but the cut&paste job on the left side should have a faded edge. I had played around with a gif animation of this a bit but then some shiny object caught my attention.

Meant to post about this.
Looks good. I think a faded edge all around, not just on the left, would look pretty sweet.
Muzman on 13/9/2009 at 06:34
There are a few hard edges on the mirroring, now I look at it (you don't really see very far into that side in the video so I must have slacked off there).
I'm not sure what you mean though E-man. Is there a faded edge on there for you now?
Enchantermon on 13/9/2009 at 18:49
No...I was responding to Kolya's comment, but just now I realized we were talking about two completely different things. I was saying that it would look cool if the edges faded out to black.
