Sad to hear he has now passed away. He was a skilled artist, a great entertainer and a gentleman. I used to love coming home from school to be greeted by a beaming Tony Hart on hartbeat, happy times.

Well I thought something about metamorphosis might have been appropriate.
This made me sad - it's not often that you come across someone who can entertain 2 generations of children without a single patronising comment. I watched Vision On and my children watched Take Hart and Hartbeat. He was an inspiration to both of them and I'll always be grateful for that.
