has the free time to make a whole area like I want to do, but making your own house is always fun and doesn't have to take a long time.
How to submit?
Find an empty spot in Vvardenfell to plant down your house, and give me the coordinates on where to find it. Then save it as a mod and email it to me (webmaster@overvikt.se). I will move it to an appropriate spot in Blacklight.
What architectural style to use?
Any that isn't specific to Vvardenfell will work. For instance all the Great Houses would be represented, but I think for example the city of Vivec has special architecture, so please don't use that. Of course, mansions and palaces are just as good as houses.
What if I want to make two or more houses?
Well that would be excellent :) But to be on the safe side I should say that if I get a *huge* response I may have to put your house in one of the other towns I'm making for the area. But I don't think that's likely because Blacklight should be a *huge* town, when compared to Vvardenfell town sizes.
General Guidelines
* When making your mod -- only use the main Morrowind data file, don't check the boxes on ANY other plugin, because then they will get saved down into your own plugin and it'll be hell to clean it up. I made that mistake myself in my first mod.
* Please make sure your mod is clean. Dragonsong has an excellent tutorial on the subject, which I should have read before I made my first mod :-)

* Your interior cell(s) should match the exterior appearance of your house. However if you have one or more basements in your house, or why not a cave system below it, you can go crazy.
* The loot in your house should be equal to, or less valuable than, the difficulty level for a player to obtain it. If you have Glass weapons and Ebony armor, that's just fine, but let them be guarded by really difficult opponents. This is not only a personal wish, but other modders may have elaborate quests and such which may be ruined if the player can be God.
* Other than that, just use common sense :-)
