Nice going, ignoring the one person who told you Thief isn't "middle ages."
This thread should be nuked from the orbit.

Its sort of middle ages if it had sci fi elements into it. Since the idea of primitive technology isnt too unbelievable or anything
But i will quote wikipedia on this
"Thief takes place in a metropolis called "the City",[6] which has been noted to contain elements of the Middle Ages-like dark fantasy and the Industrial Revolution.[6][13] Project director Greg LoPiccolo said in an early preview: "In essence [... it's] this undefined medieval age, sort of medieval [Europe] meets Brazil meets City of Lost Children. There's some electricity, some magic, and some 19th century machinery kind of stuff."[14] The setting has been described as steampunk, a fantastical setting where steam engine technology is prominently used"

And yes i complained on how i hated first Thief game because dinosaurs in middle ages is just stupid which i did complain on Steam. And i thought modding them to this made it more tolerable. I dont play Thief 1 but if i did i would go with Barney the dinosaur mod just to make it tolerable.
Wow, I really thought you were just trolling us.

But obviously it's not Earth middle ages. Just because it "contains elements" of the time period doesn't mean it should be restricted to only realistic things from that time period. Which is why your critique of "dinosaurs don't belong in the middle ages" is a really, really, really dumb point. And also they're never said to be "dinosaurs" in the game. They are fantasy lizards that belch gas.
I don't care if you like burricks or not- you're allowed to not like them. You're allowed to think they don't belong. But the reason you gave for
why they don't belong is objectively stupid.
If you don't understand how your logic is silly, then there's really no point to talk to you further.
As an aside, your opinion about the voice acting is really bad and I think you should feel really bad about it.

Yeah because while regular dinosaurs weren't around in the middle ages, Barney certainly was :p

Now think about this just a tiny bit.

when thief 3 came out and there was not one burrick i was a bit disappointed, as they are a staple to the series

This thread is extending my life for five years at least. That Barney mod is the best thing I've seen all week.
For the life of me I NEED TO SEE WHEREPUTIN IS IN THIEF 2. I guess they were talking about a painting right? And yes, he does sound a lot like Crowley!
