I seriously laughed first time and thought it was a joke. Reason i know how he sounded like in english is i struggled with the last mission so i cheated. But wow the voice just was legit ridiculous

As a french citizen, I can tell you 'tis far from true.
Well, I'm french "from France" and IMHO french voices are so perfect, Garrett sounds so good and funny sometimes (Benny...).
The actors that are playing the Thief characters are well-known in the french dubbing scene and their talent is recognized.

But no, listening closely. Crowley sounds like a cultist, and cant say i am into Satanism so i wouldnt care so much about that. I watched Boy Meets World Cult Fiction episode and that was bad enough stuff there.
Speaking of cultism. If you want some disturbing one, look up the audio initiation tapes by Heavens Gate Cult. Kinda insane how that cult even got any members considering the guy looks mentally ill.

Karras is neither charismatic nor particularly intellectual. He's just a big dork who makes himself little robot friends and resents all the people who have been bullying him and making fun of him behind his back. Stephen Russell plays him perfectly.
