Stalker (which also has a subforum here). The source code to the original 3 games was released by the devs years back, so now all the content has been piled together, the engine updated, huge megamods come out every few years, and numerous smaller mods still come out daily. I don't think Stalker 2 or the enhanced editions will really put a dent into this.

I'm frankly not surprised that these games still go strong. They're pure quality, in every regard.
That said, of course you also have to be lucky to have people who are technically versed enough to be able to provide or modify tools for additional content.
