Well, I was thinking maybe it's the alternate history, where south side/north side never become part of the city. Although that wouldn't explain why the buildings there are all stuff that was built after history would have diverged (as badass as the ruins of PPG place may be).

If it's an expansion of decent depth, i.e. a decent dose of freedom and a seasoning of RPG, I'll definitely buy this. Operation Anchorage sounded like shit in a shoebox.
