Okay.
I went to Divayth Fyr and got cured of corprus, and once I was cured and had all the immunities, I then killed Divayth.
Now I go back to Caius, and he's pissed and won't give me quests (I only get the option "Good-bye").
How do I fix it so I can finish the main quests? Can I? Or am I just screwed?

Divayth is kinda crucial to the story line. Or was until you killed him. :angel:
The only possible way to get back on track with the story is to load a previous save or start over.
I would also bet there is a way to change or add the journal/quest status via console but I wouldn't be the one to tell you about it.

Confession--I've already beaten Morrowind and I'm posting for a friend.
Fact--After he cures you of corprus, Fyr does nothing for you (except be a part of a Telvanni quest which is skipped if you kill him) (he's also a bypass for the obtain-Wraithguard part of the story (or, shall I say, his Dwarf/Dwemer friend is) if you kill Vivec).
If you wait until Caius leaves for Cyrodil, you can kill Divayth problem-free.
Since my friend has already been cured of corprus, all we have to do is convince the computer that Divayth is still alive and we'll be home-free.
So, what's the console command?

I haven't used this command in years so tell me if it works, look up his ID in the construction set but it is probably just Divayth Fyr.
"NPCID"->set deadcount to 0
OR
"NPCID"->setdeadcount 0
I haven't used it in soo long I can't remember so those a just guesses.

It didn't work.
Here's the solution (got it from the ElderScrolls.com forums):

P.S.: There should be a sticky thread with all the common problems and how to fix them...and this should be one of them. With good 'ole Divayth wearing such 00ber-cool and -powerful armour, I wouldn't be surprised if every third person who played the game had this problem (thank God I read somewhere on-line that I shouldn't kill him 'till AFTER Caius leaves for Cyrodil). :erg:

I figured out one way to kill him, AND take his stuff, AND have Caius care not one bit. All you have to do is go into the console and click on Fyr. type in (WARNING: DO NOT PUT PLAYER -> IN THE BEGGINING!!!) sethealth 0. Fyr will fly back screaming in pain because he died of semi-natural causes and no one will really care. You can even loot his body afterwards. This is a great way to kill those two men in the council club in balmora without everyone trying to kill you. It doesn't even get you in trouble with the law.

lol yeah cheats rule im at level 187376219764 lol yeah or some number like that. full daedric armor,weapons u name it i got it. gotta love stendarr's hammer! :p
