Yes yes. But the significance of calling it District X, never mind the fact that it is a 9 which is an upside down 6.
Look, I'll make it easy - ask any South African what District 6 is. Heck, tell them about the film and then tell them the title and THEY will be the ones who bring up District 6. There is no way that it is a coincidence and thus no way this film has "nothing" to do with apartheid. Well, the setting at least.
