He's voiced by a different actor in this game. Pretty sure it's the same guy who plays The Penguin in Gotham.

I had to show this off, simply because the effect is so damn impressive. For those of you who have refused to read any of the previews and writeups of the game before release, to keep your experience as spoiler free as possible, I'll block it out for you. For the rest...
The mission talked about in the previews where you have to traverse two different points in time, interacting between the two to meet your goals, ends up being about as awesome as you'd expect. The effect is so neat and seamless, it has to be seen to be believed. It's so damn cool.

Yeah, different strokes I guess, but I really didn't. Everyone sounded really lifeless to me, just like a bunch of actors who didn't know what they were reading. I wasn't convinced by any of it. And the AI barks were robotic nonsense. I guess because people had made a lot of the thief links I can't help compare it to the VA and dialogue in T1&2, and it is sooooo much worse.
And the outsider SUCKS. Such a wasted opportunity. It sounds like they just got the pizza guy to read out all his lines.
Oh yeah, I can definitely agree with this. Most of the voice actors sounded like they were extremely bored. I kind of got used to that though...

Stilton manor?! Are there any wallace and gromit references?

Wow, that effect is really cool, it looks like Dishonored is finally developing its own character rather than being a (somewhat soulless) mishmash of past games. And I see now plain as day the difference in detail between the two games.
That's good news because I did feel like the first game was kind of soulless, which is why I've never mustered a replay.

There damn well better be.
I've never watched Wallace and Gromit.

MATE. You are in for a treat. Just don't watch the movie about the big rabbit thing, it's pretty wack. The Wrong Trousers is incredible.

I'LL DO IT!
But first, I need to get caught up on Ash vs. Evil Dead.
Vivian on 12/11/2016 at 18:55
ooooh I really should watch that

You should do both. Ash vs. Evil Dead's been getting better and better this season, and Wallace and Gromit is the benchmark for adorable claymation.
