Ok i have searched the forums and I see that there are different lvls of Alchemy sets availible... but where do i find them i am now at the 3rd lvl of Alchemy but still using novice set... anybody able to tell me where to find them i would be very much appreciative..

They drop according to your level too i guess. For where to find em, best bet would be necromancer/conjurer type caves/ruins/forts. Probably some Alchemists will sell em too after you reach a certain level. Expert shouldnt be too hard, but getting a Master Set might take awhile :p

You can buy up to Expert level tools from shops when you reach the apropriate level. Master level tools have to be found. You may start seeing these around level 17.

It seems that all the decorative alchemy equipment is always 'Novice' level, regardless of what your own level is. Even the ones in the Grandmaster's tower in the Arcane University, weirdly - you think Traven could at least afford a decent set. :p
As previously mentioned though, you'll get the better equipment from levelled loot in chests etc. - no easy way of getting 'Master' equipment early, i'm afraid.
(Just checked TES Construcion Set to confirm - it's all levelled)

Undoubtedly another attempt to balance the game. In Morrowind, anyone on a speed run would immediately go over to Caldera to snatch the Master set there.
