What exactly is the difference between your primary and your secondary skills? One thing that is apparent is that your primary skills all start higher than your secondary ones... but is that the only difference? Do your primary skills raise faster than the secondary ones? Thanks.

I have been playing a while and am still wondering why all the skills are in the same list.
Haven't found any differences yet.

Your primary skills do raise faster than secondary and misc skills.

Does it generaly cost more to do 'secondary skill' training than it cost to do 'primary skill' training?

Nope, I actually increased Alchemy to 70 by training despite it being a Misc skill, which cost a fair bit of cash, but was well worth it.
