i was exploring near the sheograd (or however you spell it) region when i found a dwarven ruin and was promptly attacked by vampires when i went in. So i killed them all off (took me a while at level 13), but now i see things about the quarra masters in a plugin. Wouldn't you know that it just so happens that an item i got from there was "Blood of the Quarra Masters."
Did I make a boo-boo by killing them off?

Probably just if you want to play as a Vampire, and even then just if you want to play as Quarra. Again this is just a guess, but your prolly fine, you defiantly don't need them for the main quest.

*nod* If you do decide to be a non-Quarra vamp, make sure to keep that blood potion stashed - one of the clans wants it as part of a quest. If you don't want to be a vamp, feel free to use or sell it.

I hadn't given any thought to playing as a vampire (mostly because I didn't know it was possible), but it sounds like something that I wouldn't want to do with this character (I tend twards the goody-goody type of character).
Thanks you two, i was kinda worried and am pretty new to this game so I just wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting my time continuing with this character.
