And that's supposed to be a good thing.

At least the pirates are having fun with no probs (as with everything that ever required a connection available 100% of the time for single player), day 1 cracked version rolled out just fine and dandy.

Cracked version out?, I can't remember one on launch day.
Wouldn't it require an emulated server?

INSTALL NOTES
1. Unpack the release
2. Run Diablo III Patch.exe in your Diablo III installation folder
3. Play the game while online (by using our Battle.net bypass &
authentication code generator)
4. Enjoy the full single-player experience
6. Support the companies, which software you actually enjoy!
Still online, but at least you're using a shitty system for free.

I just mean it isn't laggy at all despite that high ping. But whatever, get your hate on etc 4chan v0.4.
Sulphur on 16/5/2012 at 19:43
I'm not going to jump on the hate train right now because I've already ridden it to the dead stop at No Fucks Do I Give Any More terminus, but I am slightly puzzled that the game seems to have been programmed as some sort of soloable MMO - as witnessed by 'lag' in a single player session - when Blizzard could have, at the very least, made it a bit more seamless. It's a bit obnoxious when the quality of a single player experience's beholden to a server in goddamn Krakow for all I know.

Silly Blizzard and their lame-ass DRM techniques.
Can't say I feel sorry for them getting D3 hacked so quickly.
justmea on 17/5/2012 at 02:08
Blizzard doesnt care about pirated copies, if anything it's a free demo that will make you buy the game, or you get bored with it and uninstall. Pirates can't compete with battle net features that recent blizzard games have if you DO like the game. Once the launch hickups pass it's smooth sailing, today servers didn't go down till now, in the span of 10 hours give or take I didn't have any problems, not too shabby for day 2.
