Apparently it'll be on Onlive on release day and you get the Onlive "console" (do we call it that?) with this special edition.
It's a little odd, and I don't know what the deal is with the Onlive version of the game or for which format this deal is with (I'm getting the PC version anyway so...) but also potentially cool.

It's for the OnLive version. Get the Augmented Edition from OnLive, get the microconsole free. Regular retail versions get the regular retail version and don't have anything to do with OnLive.
