Remake the first game with the stuff Warren wanted in the first game(moon level and stuff). Remake it for PC and Xbox 360(use havok 3.0,and use the HL2 source engine) catching the eyes of alot of gamers. Thus re establishing a franchise into the same A class as the half life's,far cry's...or to a lesser extent halo's.
But DO NOT totch what is broken... just improve it.

then do a Deus Ex 2.5 maybe(fixing DX 2's flaws) and there you have it.

A remake always sounds great on paper. Then you have the George Lucas effect where they feel the need to make the game "better"
Call me old fashioned, but I am content with the current Deus Ex. An amazingly solid game that I love. I for one don't want a remake for the sole fact that it can't be anywhere near as good, and can only hurt the series even more than IW.

yeah, it's a wonder people don't make more DX FMs...
Why not carry the Dark Mod/T2X ideas towards a new DX campaign?

What is it with HL2 engine? It has nothing special compared to other 1st person engines but that it's horribly buggy.
