Well, I don't take the reptilian theory seriously but I agree with other things he says.
Maybe when he says the conmen are reptilian he means they are coldblooded and evil and willing to put the people in danger.

No. When he says reptilian he means green, scaly creatures from the planet Quaarg in dimesion X.
krish4479 on 4/8/2002 at 19:26
ok, I see that.
I don't believe in his reptile theory but I agree with other things he says.

This reptile theory is about as believable as the urban legend of the old lady who put here dog in the microwave.
Anyway, back to the Deus Ex movie. I think I may have made you guys believe that Sam Raime is directing Deus Ex. That's what I thought at first. But after checking into it more, it turns out that it is the PRODUCER of Spider Man, Laura Ziskin, who is helping make the movie.
I also found out that Deus Ex is a Columbia Pictures production, the same studio that brought us the disappointing, yet temporarily enjoyable, Resident Evil movie.

If Deus Ex is made into a movie I predict 2 possibilities.
1) It will go above and beyond all video game movies.
2) It will be crap that has little to do with the games story.

most games - gameplay > story
Deus Ex - gameplay < story
One thing the DX movie has going for it.
StaticXstasy on 25/8/2002 at 23:58
I think these days, most game programmers have been putting more emphasis on story. I always thought American McGee's Alice and Clive Barker's Undying were pretty good on story.

If Deus Ex the Movie gets quashed by the US govt, bring it to NZ. I'm sure you can convince Peter Jackson to do it.
Deus Ex could be two movies....
Or it could just be a cut down run through of the right plot to set up DX2....
