I originally posted this in the Deus Ex forum, but it hasn't gotten a reply in almost 2 weeks so I'll try here.
I stumbled across this mod, Shifter's mod (google it) and it changes alot of things like letting you use augmentation canisters as upgrade canisters and such. However, the game gives me this error whenever I try to start.
Can't find file for package 'UBrowser'
History: UObject::SafeLoadError <-UObject::StaticLoadClass<-InitEngine
Any idea how to stop it? I have backups so I can still play the unmodded game, but I wanna try this mod.

What version of the game do you have installed? Which patch?
Most Mods require the Multiplayer Patch to be installed even if:
i) You don't intend to play multiplayer or
ii) The mod itself is not multiplayer.
The UBrowser error is I think related to the lack of ingame server browser which suggests you don't have the multiplayer player patch installed.
