Well, someone has to.

I messed with it for the longest time, and nothing helped. If you'd like to offer a solution, I'd love to implement it.
What are you using to capture the footage? In FRAPS you get to choose the capture rate, set it to 30 FPS, then when you take the footage into your videoediting software (Adobe Premiere for example) make sure your composition is set to 30 fps too. When you export the composition (into a h.264 mp4 is what I'd recommend) make sure the framerate is still set to 30 fps. 30 fps is actually the highest that YouTube can play, so don't bother trying to make 50fps videos or anything. When you're playing the game you'll still be able to play it at 60 fps tho, FRAPS will just capture half the frames in this instance.

FRAPS can go fuck itself. Get yourself Hypercam 2 or preferably 3.

It might be a bit brute force for some things, mighn't it? I dunno, I haven't played with it much. May not matter with Deus Ex on a newish PC.
fraps hasn't really kept up with the times though it's true. Dxtory is pretty lean and fast though, for another option.

I love your little drawing of JC and the Giant Hand of Doom.
Thank you! After Dethtoll's comment, it's nice to have a little appreciation.

I think I might have just fixed it. Here's what was happening. I record with Fraps at 30FPS, but I realized that my MP4 renderer renders at 29.97. My first thought was "There's no way that's the problem", and I didn't even bother trying that when originally trying to fix it. But after doing so, I think it might have been the problem. Episode 6 will come out tomorrow and will be recorded with this, and you can tell me if the problems fixed.

Part 4: Take A Duck
Using the official UNATCO Time Machine, we travel back in time to explore the rest of Liberty Island before confronting the NSF terrorist leader. We get necessary help from a bum, and try to avoid unsafe electrical equipment.

It's still blending frames.
Look, this isn't even slightly complicated-- If your capture frame rate, your video editor project frame rate, and your final export frame rate aren't all exactly the same, you're going to get frame interpolation because it has to convert between frame rates. Just set everything to 30.00000000000000000000 FPS and you should be golden.

That's episode 4. Episode 6 is on the Syyborg Gaming channel, because I'm a bit behind on forum posting. And episode 6 has no Frame Blending.

Part 5: The Road Less Traveled By
We head off to Battery Park in order to capture the missing shipment of Ambrosia stolen by the NSF. We manage to find a back entrance into there hideout, and are able to take them completely by surprise... for the most part.
