There really is no difference between the first three difficulty levels, other than the level of damage the enemies do. Realistic is what the name suggests and is the hardest.
TNT: Use a screen capture utility like Hypersnap-DX, or use Deus Ex's in-game screen capture.(Same for all UT games, IIRC.) I'm assuming you were using Print Screen before.

:erm: I was using Deus Ex's built in screenshot taker, and Ir(f?)anview to correct the gamma and resize the pictures, and same them as .jpg. Never had problems with it before, but then again I've never had to do gamma correction with it before, best as I can remember.
I'll leap into realistic then, the game's just way too easy once I've got a GEP gun, sniper rifle, and the Dragon's Tooth sword. :ebil:

Apparently, I had it backwards.
Use Print Screen to take the images. May still look a little dark, but no so much as before. If it's too dark for your liking, choose Hypersnap DX.

Increasing difficulty just increases damage done and improves AI aiming. So yea, there's really not a whole lot of difference.

Where does one find Hypershot DX? Did a search on Google, nothing turned up. :erm:
Yeah, it seems like being shot point blank actually kills JC on realistic! Egad! And I just discovered that you can hurl forties around and smash them apart, that's gotta make enough noise to make those innocent idiots turn their backs to me, they won't know what hit them. :ebil: Heads are going to roll, and I suspect mine will be blown off a few more times as well . . .

HyperSNAP DX. And you don't need it anyway. PrtScr is just fine.
Jonesy on 3/11/2004 at 01:33
Print Screen turned up a little dark on mine, but it twas the first level, so that's understandable. I use HyperSnap-DX as some games (Ie, Jedi Knight's endgame score) don't show up that well in PrtScr.

A funny thing happened with PrtScr. It took a shot of my desktop, "behind" the game. Mighty irritating since the button assigned to screenshot in DX doesn't work since I spilled lemonade in my keyboard...

Why not re-bind the key?

As we say in Swedish: Orka...
It means that I have not the will, energy and motivation for that. :p
