I have the PC version of the game. When I try to look around, the HUD stays the same but everything else turns to a grey blur. If I freelook excruciatingly slowly, I can barely move without this unwelcom effect. At first I thought it was mouse issue, but this happens if I use keyboard keys to look around with, too!
I have DirectX 9.0b, a Geforce3 gfx card, 512MB DDR RAM and a P41.6GHz NW @ 2256MHz

You need the NVIDIA Display Driver installed, version 45.23 works ok, and fixes the greying out problem.

I did use the 50, something drivers the first time I installed it. Maybe they were fubared, I'll try again.
How are your new FMs coming along BTW? Your Trickster's Gem Mine series has been in my top three list of FMs since forever.

Anyway, I soved the problem. Seemed to've been a clusterfuck of dodgy gfx drivers and DirectX issues. Thx for the help.
