Who says they won't?

Well, there are apparently some 30,000 lines of spoken dialog, which is quite a lot, to say the least. Perhaps it's the largest amount of spoken dialog in any videogame (I've never heard of any other game with close to that number of spoken lines, but I haven't played every game ever made) so I'd imagine dubbing it all would be quite a task.

But why to even translate it? English is fine for me, like it was in the first part.

I've played DX several times over the years.
A true BLAST once I got the bugs worked out of the video.
What are the hardware requirements for DX:IW?
Z on 22/10/2003 at 20:48
Only thing that has been confirmed (to my knowledge) is graphics: - a DirectX8 compatible card (GeForce 3/Radeon 8500 or above) is the minimum requirement. The game cannot run with anything else. This is apparently because these cards are the earliest to support the advanced lighting and shadowing features (among other things) used in DX2, and these features are an integral part of the gameplay.
Other specs are anyone's guess. I would guess the minimum processor/memory would be something in the region of 900mhz/1ghz and 256mb RAM. No way of knowing for sure.

Yeah, That's what I thought.
I've got a GeForce2.
It's about time to move up.
The video was what I problems with running DX...really slow & choppy at times 'till I got ALL the patches & new drivers & a tweak or two.
I just started building a personal "Zoom Box" but that's on hold 'till the 64 bit stuff is on the market for a while... year or so I guess. :(
I want to see more motherboards & CPU's available [& maybe a 1200mhz FSB? :cheeky: ].
I suspect my P3 933 & 512 will hold me for a while with a new video card.
