Best version to date by far, imo. Although some of the lines from the News & Features section such as "It's quite the conspiratorial smorgasbord, actually!" are a little bit cheesy.

Yeah, and the worst thing about that is that January is just far too hot to be sitting on a computer in Perth where its usually around 35-42 degrees (95-108 fahrenheit) at that time of year.

Am I the only one that finds 'the future war on terror' very cheesy?
Z on 15/10/2003 at 12:24
No.
But it's lameness is thankfully obscured by the overall impressiveness of the whole presentation. The general conception among fans that I've seen is that that particular slogan is the brainchild of Eidos marketing people, rather than IS. I don't know. Personally, I agree with the suggestion that "An invisible weapon for an invisible war" (from the intro) would be most appropriate.
Other advertisments contain the heading "Unseen. Unauthorised. Unstoppable" which is better than the "War on Terror" one, at least.

This is due to the translation process of more than 30, 000 lines of dialogue and text. As far as other english speaking countries go (Australia, UK, NZ, South Africa .....) its anyones guess.
Cyborg on 17/10/2003 at 12:07
???
Are they really going to translate all the dialogue and such?? That's just silly. If they translate the text, why won't they dub the voice as well?
