Cheers, René! Looks very interesting as a theatrical-style trailer. The aug tech is definitely a lot more towards a sleek GITS look, right down to what appears to be a cyborg chick's ass at 0:55, rather than the grittier lemon-lime featured in DX1, but there's plenty of room to manage that narratively, and, speaking for myself here, I'm good with it.
Holding high hopes to finally see some gameplay at E3, though, it would be about time by now.
Also, as an observation, is that there some girl trouble I see behind DX3's plot?

Every time I see more of DX3 I can't believe how preposterous the plagiarism of shirow/oshii/prod ig cyberpunk is. Far beyond the homage.
(preemptive strike: yes I know that Mead was the first to use that 'golden city at night' aesthetic with blade runner, but what we have here is completely taken from Oshii's own homage to blade runner, not directly from the source)
Anyway, {insert "it's not Deus Ex" comment here}, {insert "it's higher tech than Deus Ex" comment here}, {insert "it's relying too much on kung fu and aesthetics" comment here}.
This will probably be a good game. Deus Ex was a good game.

As far as non-gameplay cgi trailers go (which I think are entirely pointless) this one is nice. I like the setting and atmosphere it sets up. Hopefully the gameplay and story can match well with it. Call me a sucker, but I kind of like the Blade Runner-esque look mixed with the "kung-fu" stuffs. Sure, it's not exactly DX, but neither was Invisible War. And the feel that this trailer conjures up hits much closer to the DX mark than anything I ever experienced while playing IW.
I feel almost like IW was SUCH a disappointment that this incarnation of DX really can't go wrong for me. Choices with consequences, and a character customization system that serves more of a purpose than the "look what I can do now!" factor. That's all I'm really hoping for. If it has even more that hits close to the spirit of the original DX? Bonus.

New trailer could make a full length movie that would do well in the theaters. I'll be buying this on day one.
Went through 3-4 Depends while watching this, it was nice.

Rather promising, for disappointing console screens.

Pictures in my view look a bit too FEAR-ish... hoping this isn't just pretty much an action game

Yeah - and to me that's a pretty damning indictment. Can't judge these things on trailers of course, but this has gone downwards on my watch-list.
