When I first played Deus Ex, I had the luck to find a download with german voices for the game. Does anybody know where I could get that audiofiles again?

Can't help you on that, but i always found german voice over quite lame in older games. Seems like they used to spend only little money on that, nowadays they hire professional studios, which do movies too, for that. So i just can recommend to play it in english, if you are able to understand it well enough of course.

If I play it in english, than I have to read also the voices. That's the reason why I'm asking for the audiovoices.

Do you have the Steam version? You could try to change the language by right-clicking the game in your library, though i think the Steam one is english only... just checked DeusEx-Machina.com, but they don't have language files.

I did some searching myself and came up empty. I'm pretty sure you're gonna have to find an old German copy of the game (good luck) or brush up on your English a little better.

That's what I thought, so I'm guessing the audiopack you found was fanmade and now too obscure to exist anymore. Sorry!
