S3 Graphics Twister K + S3 Hotkey
I tried every single graphics mode and resolution, the framerate remains horrible and when Reyes instructs me during the training, he speaks way to fast and stops in mid-sentence. I tried the first mission. Problem remains the same. Both during training and the first mission, the game crashes after a few minutes. I might add that with the primary graphics driver, the rendered logos in the game menu are not in sync with the music and move too fast. Is this a known problem and is there a solution?

Can you post the homepage for S3 and good review sites that arean't all about drivers and packaged comps?
Googling only gives commercial pinpsites and drivers in many languages.
What's this S3Hotkey thing??
I don't know these cards; I still maintain a good AGP Voodoo card with 2000 or 2001 drivers legacied are best (Glide mode).
A good old Win98SE tower for all the great stuff like Unreal, Thiefs, SS2, Wheel of Tome, Deus Ex and DOS games can be a fabulous resort at home when you fell like camping out old-style like the pioneers.
:cheeky:
I love that stuff. Finding the old hardware can be cheap and easy if you infest the used sales. I got a Mexican Voodoo 3 for CDN$5 and two others for nothing.
People are throwing away fabulous games and gear by the truckload now in the race to be hasty and narrow and expensive.
Avoid Windows ME and 2000: they're unnecessary on a comp. by itself and ME is a disaster. All this obsession with speed and security and pseudo-futuristic gear wrecks games; keeping up with the jonesing...

Thanks. That's just what I was looking for. Should have used the search function in the first place.
