Deus Ex - complete list of weapon mods and augment. cans locations?

I just found old good Deus Ex on my shelf and decided to replay it. Anyway, I want my new hero to be well equiped in his adventures this time so I thought, maybe there is some good list of locations in DX where weapon enhancers and augmentation cans are placed. For checking out if I do not leave anything behind during exploration. List of hidden locations giving exploration bonus of xp won't hurt too :p Google did not help me to find anything complete this time, just some walkthroughs which not always are complete I guess. If anyone have good index of important resourcefull places in DX please share it :)

You might want to check out the DX melee-only walkthrough my TheNightTerror and myself: (http://tnt.lgclassics.net/dx/) - as both of us are rather obsessive when it comes to exploring and collecting stuff. There are no tables there, though - you would have to read the whole thing and extract the necessary information yourself.
