Wow -- there's a huge huge huge difference in the demo and the retail Lower Seattle areas. For one, it's like 10 times huger. (Example - Mack and Lo-Town are outside the inclinator, AND the Greasel Pit bar is just outside... HOWEVER, the apartments are far away and nowhere in sight, the sewers are larger and close to the bar and contains karkians, not greasals etc.)
The demo is a microscopic portion of the same level.

It's good to hear that the landing pad isn't (as I read somewhere else which first brought this up for me) "a stone's throw away" from the bar. Would be kind of odd to have the bar where Sid is right outside the landing pad of the place he owes money to.

He's not saying that the demo is smaller than the whole game, he's saying that the level displayed in the demo is smaller than the same level that appears in the actual game.

Yes, I know. It should be fairly obvious you realise which was my point. I don't think anyone expected that little area of the demo to be representative of the ENTIRE games level size (unless they were just being really pedantic).
It is sort of like trying to amaze someone by saying New York is bigger than your average small town :/
