Is there a way to get access to Private Gardens of Dementia if I chose the Mania path?

Yes, Matthew, I saw this, but I am hoping to be able to use the main 2 doors. Is it possible to find this key after completing the main quest?
If not, is it possible to add it using the console, or perhaps there is a mod?

I found a solution.
Go in console ~, click on the door to unlock. Type unlock and enter.

Hey Meta03, I have a question regarding what you did to unlock those doors. My problem is that i got to Xirethard without completing the main quest, and now im trapped in there. I chose to kill the duke of mania and therefore i cannot open the secret passage by activating the bust of sheogorath. How do I open it through the console? what do you mean when you say through the console? I would really appreciate it if you can get me out of these stupid gardens...

Assuming that you're playing on a PC. There is no console in the 360 version.

Ok, either you have to have the key for the private gardens, or try this, forget the bust, it cannot be activated except by the duchess. But if you have Sheogoraths protection but DONT have enough magicka, you can pick the lock and get into the Duchess private quarters, then kill the 2 Dark seducers inside, now head to the large jar thing on the left hand side of her bed and pick up "Grand ring of intelligence" and equip it, this should give you enough magicka to get out using Sheogoraths protection. All you have to do now is get a summon or some kind of spell to inflict injury until you die, then you will appear in sheogoraths palace. Happy gaming!
