That is very good news indeed. :D
Unfortunately there are too many fools out there who don't like the game, but buy it anyway.

Uh, well, the only point I see here is that that particular store has sold 10 copies of DX:IW.
<<<<
The point seems to be that the person in question, seeing that DE:IW has not been selling well, decides to buy another game instead, an older game out on budget. At least, that's what it appears to me. It's not made clear whether the man went into the store on a mission to buy DE:IW, and was put off by its poor take-up, or not.

One one hand it is only indictaive of that stores sales, on the other it is indicative of the game's popularity since it's a large store. Take Game in the UK for eg. Popular stuff sells out! You have to go look in another Game or wait til the next order comes in.

but popularity is not that connected with quality. And this is not only in games, but in almost everything in this world.

To quote a phrase I've heard many times:
"A billion flies can't be wrong: sh*t tastes good."
(sorry for the language, but that's how it goes)

I think I just wet myself.... I can't believe I've never hear that before.
Thanks for the bright spot of my mid-day Talgor... keep the faith!

""A billion flies can't be wrong: sh*t tastes good.""
We're not flies. But yes, I agree. When the world believes 2 + 2 = 5, does that make right? Same applies to the big bang theory, evolution, gayness being genetic, environmentalist, animal rights activist, freemasonry, etc. etc. etc.

Wait, are you saying we only believe in evolution as a theory because other people do? The difference between 2 + 2 equalling 5 and evolution is that evolution has that crazy stuff called evidence to back it up, whereas 2 + 2 equalling 5 doesn't.
