Could somebody possibly point me in the direction of a good place to download the fan texture pack for Invisible War?
Somewhere that doesn't require registration would be good.

The largest pack in development is up on download.com (http://www.download.com/Deus-Ex-Invisible-War-Texture-Pack/3000-7506-10259307.html) here. Also on a somewhat related note (but relevant to DX1 instead), watch (http://dxrebirth.deusexgaming.com/) these guys.. they've taken a cue from the SS2 Rebirth project and are attempting to do the same thing to the Deus Ex 1 textures by improving them overall. Sounds like a really productive project! I can't wait to be able to continue DX1'ing to even better visuals.

Though somewhat ironically, what they're mostly doing is much closer to SHTUP than Rebirth.

It's very weak irony. That they chose to appropriate a title from the SS2 mod scene, yet didn't pick the one that most closely matches what they're actually doing.

Not that I should toot my own horn or whatever, but I have remade a fair amount of textures for DX:IW, including the character textures in the Community Texture Pack linked to above.

-If you go to my website(link in my signature), you'll find my updated character textures(updates to the ones in the Community Texture Pack), plus some more environment textures.

The character textures must be enabled to show up ingame, but if you follow the instructions that come with the installers, it should be pretty straight forward.

JohnP's textures make me bleed internally with envy. If we could somehow pique his interest in System Shock 2, I'd be a happy happy camper.
