I don't even remember where I found it, but I've got the deed to Indrele's house. I think it was in a library or something, on a shelf with lots of books anyway. So my question is, is this significant in any way? I went back to Seyda Neen to see Indrele, and she made no mention of selling her house...
Also, just out of curiosity, has anyone ever completed all possible quests, either in one game or over the course of several games? Is there any way to tell if you've got all the quests, or do you just have to hope? Not that I'm even close to finishing all the quests for anybody, i'm just curious.

It's impossible to complete all quests in one game as doing some close off others (most notably the House quests). But on the course of several games, probably somebody... ;)
(and the deed is a quest item, I believe)

It is a later quest item for the thieves guild.
And I have done all the quests over ALOT of games. It is what happens when you've been playing for 2 year. There is still caves to explore though.
