Help! I used the corpus diesese to enhance my strength and endurance till my weight limit was about 1678, but now it is dropping slowly ( now its at 1250 ). Whats happening????? :confused:

When you get attacked by a Drain strength spell it reduces your strength by a certain amount. Unfortunately if you have increased your strength beyond the max (100) from the corprus disease you can't restore the lost strength unless it drops below 100, and even then it will only restore to the max.
Also check that you haven't taken off any item that increases your strength at constant effect (like one of the fists of randagulf)

Don't be too worried about it. Your strength must be something like 205. That's more than enough. If it really bothers you, just enchant 2 exquisite rings/pants/shirt/belt/amulet/robe/skirt with fortify strength. If you choose to range the enchantment (1-XX) instead of having the minimum and maximum balanced out (X-X), then you'll get more strength than usual, with a little luck.
