i went to suran to get the debt money from the woman at the bar, but she refuses to pay. i am unable to intimidate or admire with her, how do you complete this quest?

I used some fortify personality spells and scrolls, maybe bug mask too. If her disposition is high enough (like, over 80 IIRC), she'll cough up the money. She does seem rather difficult to persuade.

I killed her straight out, but my orc was also quite evil and just beat debt money out of peoples hides if they refused to pay!

Pay the dept for her, you get half back as a reward for doing the quest.

i went back to balmora to pay the debt myself, but there is no option to do this
