I think these are some of the best on-screen death scenes for the simple reason that they're so goddamn bizarre:
Sphere: [SPOILER]The black woman (who else, really?) getting eaten to death by 100s of jellyfish. Through her diving suit![/SPOILER]

Night of the Living Dead: [SPOILER]Ben's Death right at the end of the movie. Especially the photo montage afterwards showing what happens to his corpse.[/SPOILER]
Scarface: [SPOILER]Tony Montana falling into the indoor fountain. "The World Is Yours" spinning in the background.[/SPOILER]
Das Boot: [SPOILER]Almost the entire crew getting gunned down just after finally making it back to shore.[/SPOILER]

Yeah, so it is the one where he's going ooooh, aaaah, eeeeh while Rutger Hauer watches on. And in the end credits, they show you a snip of him still going - y'know, for shits and giggles.
That movie was fun.
