Shane Gooding, a friend left us a few days ago to play for the angels. He had cancer of the mouth. He had an operation about 6 months ago, and it looked good. But a subsequent checkup showed it spread too far and was terminal.
It's always the good guys who go down, and the nasty bastards like me keep plugging away.
