well i found some deardric greaves in the dren plantion but i cant seem to find any other place to get the armor or axe if anyone knows please say something.
ive also heard that the shrines is a good place to get some but i cant seem to even get near one because the people standing outside usally kill me even though im level 11:tsktsk:

Lemme answer that 2nd one 1st... yes, Daedric weapons are common at Daedric shrines.... IF you're high level. Otherwise, they usually have much lower stuff.
As to where to find it, try searching the boards; it's been discussed endlessly (btw, the spelling is 'daedric', that may have been your problem)
