I'd be surprised if he charged money for it, given that the game design, writing, etc. is all Dan Pinchbeck. Presumably he'd need to get permission and develop some sort of revenue sharing model.
More importantly, it will be interesting if this comes out before I write about it in March (I doubt it will, but who knows!). Do fancy graphics really change the narrative experience?

They would if he's changed or expanded the environments so dramatically that they lose the specific symbolism of the original's. It doesn't look like he has, but DE doesn't really need 'epic' environments or an overly cinematic presentation: it's a smaller, more personal experience, and all the more powerful for that.
