Isn't this obvious? Commercial products usually have deadlines (i.e. to be out just before the holiday season) and/or expectations to meet (i.e. a target set of common system requirements).

Absolutely, the sounds and music were fixed in the remake a long time ago and I’m hoping to have it subtitled in several languages upon it’s release.
