I was wondering if anyone else here watches this show. It was originally on Showtime but they stopped making episodes after seasons 2, but with each episode being an hour and there being roughly 10 episodes each season there's pleanty of entertainment. It's been a really long time since I've actaully been hooked on any show, my last was scienfield, a longggggg time ago. If you haven't seen it, but enjoy dark-humor then I suggest it. It's really too bad they stopped making new episodes because it's hilarious.

I watched several episodes from the first season when it first screened. I tried really, really hard to like it, but I think in total I laughed about 4 times. It felt overlong and the material just wasn't there.

I had a slightly higher opinion than Vigil from what I remember, but I never rated it massively highly and trailed off watching it after 4 or 5 episodes. I liked it, but not massively.

I've only caught what I'm assuming was the second episode. So I spent most of it wondering why the dead people in this show have absolutely none of the characteristics you normally associate with death, supernatural or otherwise.

Saw the pilot, fell in love and watched the whole series in a span of a week. It dips a bit with the second season (I think the director/writer/whatnot was changed then), but is still good fun. :)
I dislike how they change the person George's dad cheated on her mum with from a male to a female student in season two. Ohnoes, avoid the contraversy. Also, while originally becoming a ripper was a matter of chance they later put in a bunch hints that George was destined to become one. Not interesting enough I guess.

Same here. I don't have cable so I discovered it on DVD and devoured it. Loved that show to pieces. What a shame it was cancelled. Crystal is the most intriguing character ...
Could she be a reaper?

It's coming on another network, iirc. Either Sci-Fi or NBC.

LOLZ I did the exact same thing, my legs and back actaully hurt from sitting in my chair for 4 hours watching my monitor.

Do you mean they are going to pick up the series for a third season?
