Noticed lots of them along the north eastern coast of Solstheim.....I know I didn't kill them and they are marked as dead in their object i.d.
They seem to be in proximity to those horrible pesky little Ricklings..does anyone know of an explanation for this? (Other than they saw Tuco and were so overwhelmed by his splendor and majesty that they dropped dead on the spot :p )
Maybe it's part of a quest, or something, but I thought I'd finished all the quests.....

It is part of the BM main quest. Go talk to the skaal.
